Diesel fuels are developed and tested through the joint efforts of experts in the oil-refining industry, technology developers, and user organizations. The end result of comprehensive research and testing is the creation of normative documents for the production of new fuels. Diesel fuels UFS, RFS, and DZP are used as examples to show how problems encountered in optimizing the quality of diesel fuels were resolved. The extensive testing that these fuels underwent can no longer be done, which makes the collaborative efforts of specialists working in the field of chemmotology especially important.

Требования по структуре нормативных документов (БД) на лекарственные средства (ЛС), в том числе перечень обязательных показателей качества по каждой лекарственной форме, изложены в отраслевом стандарте ОСТ 91500.05.001-2000 "Стандарты качества лекарственных средств. Основные положения" Указанный ОСТ устанавливает категории, а также единый порядок разработки, изложения, оформления, экспертизы, согласования, утверждения и обозначения НД [8]. Согласно ОСТ 91500.05.001-2000 стандарты качества должны обеспечивать разработку качественного, эффективного и безопасного ЛС. Требования ОСТ должны своевременно пересматриваться с учетом рекомендаций ведущих международных организаций в области фармацевтической науки.

Every larger organisation must establish a set of normative documents to control its processes and describe solutions to common problems. These documents are usually formally written and hard to read. This leads to the necessity off different customer services. Nowadays, a lot of companies are developing chatbots to automate firstline customer support. If a company does not have a large question-answer dataset to build a chatbot, the answers can be automatically answered directly from the documents. However, we found that the automatic answering usually does not work well on the normative documents. In this paper, we describe a novel method for preprocessing of normative documents in order to use them for such automatic question answering. Our method efficiently exploits the strict document structure that is typical for normative documents. The method enabled us to increase the recall from 35% to 84% (for paragraph-size answers) on selected normative documents from university and bank domains.

Bien que plusieurs audiologistes ceuvrant dans les milieux francophones du Canada rapportent utiliser une epreuve de reconnaissance de mots dans le bruit pour evaluer les capacites d'ecoute, aucun outil enregistre n'a ete repertorie. Afin de repondre a ce besoin clinique, le but de la presente etude &ad de developper une epreuve de reconnaissance de mots dans le bruit pour enfants et adultes francophones de l'est du Cnada. Le Test de Mots dans le Bruit (TMB) comprend quatre listes de 35 mots et un bruit de verbiage (babble). Le materiel vocal a ete choisi pour etre accessible aux individus dont le vocabulaire correspond a celui d'enfants de 5 ans ou plus. Les donnees preliminaires recueillies aupres de sept groupes d'enfants (6 a 12 ans) et d'un groupe d'adultes revelent que les listes de mots du TMB sont equivalentes au plan des performances mesurees a un rapport signal-sur-bruit de +5 dB. Un effet d'age est egalement note. L'amelioration des capacites a percevoir les mots dans le bruit sera exploree plus en details lors de 1'etablissement des donnees normatives.
